- Businesses must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payments
- Listing a business requires payment, processed securely through third-party providers.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- You agree to provide valid payment information when signing up.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site
- Use the platform for purposes other than finding or listing no-tipping businesses
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (design, text, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by No-Tips.us or licensed to us. You may not copy or distribute content without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the platform “as is.” We do not guarantee that listings are error-free or that the website will always be available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, No-Tips.us is not responsible for damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on listings.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Other Businesses listed on Google Maps
Only businesses listed on our site are No-Tips businesses. We are not liable if you find other businesses on the Map, near our listings. They are not obligated to give you a No Tips bill amount. Our map is from Google Maps, and will display every business with a GMB account.
